Norton Internet Security will require some extra steps to disable. After that, the software can be re-enabled and print job submission tested. For non-Norton anti-virus software, it appears that disabling the program temporarily allows the Paw Prints installer to run successfully. Install problems have been seen with Norton Internet Security, avast!, Advanced SystemCare Ultimate, and SmaRT-Protection (Smadav). After you've done that, attempt the Paw Prints install again. If the user will allow it, uninstall any extraneous software of that kind, otherwise, you will have to tweak the security settings of those applications or disabling them. Most often, overzealous security software is preventing Paw Prints from communicating with the print server during installation. As a first step, check what kind of anti-virus, anti-spyware, or bloatware may be on the user's machine.
